Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 31, 2026

1. Who we are

Zoscalex LLC ("we", "us") operates zoscalex.com. This policy explains what information we collect on this website and how we use it. Contact: privacy@zoscalex.com.

2. What we collect

  • Early access (waitlist) signups: your email address, which part of the site you signed up from, and the time of submission.
  • Demo requests: your name, email, company or shop name (optional), product category, the platforms you sell on, your business stage, which tools you're interested in, your biggest current bottleneck (optional), SKU count range (optional), and any message you choose to leave.
  • Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log IP addresses and browser information for security and performance purposes.
  • We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall site traffic. Analytics data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals.

3. How we use it

  • To contact you about early access, product launch updates, and demo scheduling — the things you signed up for.
  • To understand what prospective users need, so we can shape the product (aggregated, internal use only).
  • We do NOT sell your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising on this site.

4. Where it's stored and who processes it

  • Form submissions are stored in a managed database hosted in the United States.
  • We use a transactional email service to notify ourselves of new submissions and to contact you.
  • These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

5. How long we keep it

Waitlist and demo request data is kept until launch outreach is complete or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

6. Your rights

  • You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@zoscalex.com. We'll action requests within 30 days.
  • Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA, UK, or California), you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

7. Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function.

8. Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
